WPL 2023 Points Table: Women’s Premier League 2023 Updated Points table: The names of women cricketers have also been included in the Indian cash rich T20 league from this year. WPL 2023 got off to a tremendous start on March 4 with Mumbai Indians taking on Gujarat Giants.
The Women’s Premier League is a five-team format with all teams playing each other in double round fixtures. Mumbai Indians defeated Gujarat Giants by a huge margin of 153 runs in the first match of the tournament and then defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore by 9 wickets. Mumbai Indians topped the table followed by Dehli Capitals (DC).

Five teams will face each other twice. There will be eight games in a total of 20 matches for each team. The table topper team then moves directly to the grand final while the second and third placed teams compete in a elimination round to decide the other finalists.
Mumbai Indians have retained their place with 4 points at the top of the WPL Points Table. The second popular team of the league ranks second with 2 points. Although UP Warriors are also third in the table with 2 points, the net run rate is working and the Royal Challengers and the Gujarat gaints are still struggling to add their points to the points table.
